Tutor Screening Process

All our teachers are recruited through the selection process are very experienced and highly qualified.

It is compulsory that our teachers have relevant qualifications such as A-Levels, University degrees, teaching qualifications such as Postgraduate Certificate in Education in the subject(s) they teach.

Many of our teachers hold master’s and doctorate degrees. Most of our tutors come from teaching backgrounds, and we also have tutors who come from professional training establishments such as SkillWorks, driving instructors and sport coaches. This allows us to provide tuition in many areas including communication and various other skills that are needed to prepare our children and adults in the competitive jobs market. 121 Tutoring Solutions Ltd is a registered body with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). We screen every tutor continuously through an Enhanced CRB Disclosure which provides us a wider access to information including criminal records, complaints, convictions and allegations. We also monitor progress on every tuition for its success and provide ongoing review to achieve excellence in learning.
