When you register for 121 Tutoring Solutions, when you provide details, which may, depending on whether you are tutor or a tutee (client), including your email address, your gender, contact details, and education background. They are available to you, and capable of being corrected or updated, through upon request.

121 Tutoring Solutions maintains log files of the traffic that visits our site. We do not link any information gathered in these log files to personally identifying information. Log files are used to manage traffic loads and information technology requirements for providing reliable service. Information collected includes IP addresses and browser types.

You must enter a contact telephone number in your Personal Details. This number is for internal use only, for future or current services such as SMS, or for tutor-tutee contact. Your number will never be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent. Should we introduce an additional service which utilises telephone numbers, you will be given the option to agree to this, as we believe it should be your choice what services you receive.

Calls will be recorded to verify content and may be used together with your customer records for regulatory compliance, quality control and staff training, preventing or detecting criminal activity and for complaint resolution.

4. Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information or email address changes, or if you no longer wish to be a tutor at 121 Tutoring Solutions, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate your status by contacting us on tutorsupport@121tutoringsolutions.co.uk.
